About our company 

Chaozhou Tongda Ceramics Pigment Co., Ltd. was established in 1994 as a manufacturer of high-quality ceramic pigments. Our company is headquartered in Chaozhou City, Guangdong, China. Our plant covers an area of over 10,000sqm with an installed capacity of 200 tons per month. The pigments are manufactured using high-technology production lines, and under strict quality control in every process. 

Our product portfolio covers a series of glaze and body colors, developed by our experienced R&D team. We work closely with our customers to continuously develop a comprehensive palette of vivid and attractive pigments to fulfill the extensive requirements and handle varies production processes of glazed tiles, ceramic roof tiles, sanitary wares and porcelains. 

Chaozhou Tongda Ceramics Pigment Co., Ltd. has been growing rapidly over the last decade and has gained a huge market share in domestic ceramic glaze/body pigment market. In 2010, we were invited as the member of the drafting committee for Ceramic Frit National Quality Standard, and played an effective role with our expertise in supporting the development of the industry in the country.

About our products

TONGDA  offers a range of glaze/body stains, including Start Product Pr-Yellow, Turquoise and Maroon. The glaze stains are widely used in decorative glazed tile, sanitary ware and pocelain industries.  For the body stain, TONGDA offers a color of Pr Yellow, which are extremely popular for outwall ceramic tiles.

Dry; Odorless; Uncontaminated; Color powder, without coarse agglomerates

Sieve residue: max 0.01% on 325 mesh (45 µm) wet sieve test

Ph: 5.5 - 9.0

Water soluble salts: max 0.25%

Firing Temperature: 1000°c - 1250 °c
